I'd really like it if I could partially type a message that I had planned to share and have some time to think it over. I know that I could use other devices to achieve this, but I was on another forum which had the ability to save posts over a given period of time, and I was very pleased with it.

Also, just use a word processor like everyone else does for long posts - not only can you save it for later but you can also spell check etc.
