Actually man, I'm not talking about learning MM routines. I'm talking about the foundation of pick up. The social dynamics underneath what all is going on. The Handbook isn't all about routines.
Exactly.
And when you read it DO NOT skip chapters and go straight to
the method and routines.
The first few chapters on the purpose of life and behavioral
circuitry really set the backdrop to what is going on in male/female
interactions.
On top of that I would suggest
Double Your Dating. I think
David D has a good overall take on things.
My take on body language is that once you gain confidence and get
good at this stuff, your body language will automatically follow; and
it usually breaks down to very simple stuff like good eye contact,
shoulders back, and chest out. I personally don't think you need
a book on it, but that's just me.
On the other hand, if
The Definitive Book of Body Language gives
insight on how to read another person's body language, then it would
be beneficial . I haven't read it so take my opinion with a grain of salt.
