Ok so in a nutshell, I am sick of having to approach ALL the time, some guys will say real men do the approaching bla bla bla, guess what I know lots of guys that hardly ever approach and get laid a lot.

I am a bouncer at a night club so I guess I have a good way to test things. Ever since I started these much more girls have been approaching me and/or checking me out constantly.

I have an expensive cologne that I wear all the time now, as opposed to only when I go out.

I did some reading on pheromones and decided to try out naturally increasing pheromone output. First I lift a lot more heavy weights in the gym as opposed to just sport specific workouts(which are normally not very heavy). I also increased my zinc consumption by about 80mg a day. So I get about 100mg now, zinc supplements give about 60(apparently zinc helps a lot).

I eat a lot more nuts, yogurts and fruits now as snacks and cut back a lot on doritos etc. I still eat like my main meals whatever I want but my snacks are healthy.

I did the 30 day positive attitude challenge. For 30 days nothing can annoy or upset me for more that 3 minutes. If it does then I have to start over. This helps me make happiness my dominant mood.
