I'm in a situation where I find myself having alot girl-FRIENDS..
My question is: can you have too many?
For example
When I update my status on facebook, it's only girls making comments and likes 99% of the time.
When I'm out partying, all my bro's only meet guys they know, but I almost only meet girls..
I'm afraid that it scares alot of the girls I wanna get down on away, because it may make me seem gay? Or what?

I don't think it would in itself be a bad thing. Generally speaking by having female friends you gain social proof in the eyes of unknown girls because they obviously assume you are a decent guy and can get along with girls. I also don't think that intimidation would matter too much really... In terms of assuming you're gay, well it depends how you act man!

My concern would be more what this says about you as a social individual, I think it's very important to have guy friends and lots of them. You do stuff for you with guy friends, you don't wanna always have to go for a beer, go play rugby, go pick up girls WITH girls. It's important to have a balance in my opinion but if it works for you then I don't see why it would be a problem - a bit unusual really. Girls expect you to have mates, that's the way i'd look at it.

please don't waste time with too many girls it will lead you very serious problems try to share your feelings with boys and also some time with girls and also make your self busy enough in refer to build your career.

I don't see how having many girl-friends can lead to a problem unless any of them have feelings for you. It's social proof man. That you're an interesting, fun person. Assuming you're gay? Really? Let me tell you something bro. Girls don't assume you're gay if you hang out with girls. They will assume it when your gestures are girly, you talk about articles in cosmopolitan, you wear more make-up than them, you make out with dudes, or you dress obiously gay.
