Hello Guys it is me again : )
So this time I want to ask how to maintain a confident tone of voice all the time and in every situation?

I already managed to improve my personality a lot, years ago my voice was shaking when I was speaking, maybe I year ago I had a clark kent body language from the 80's movies...now this is all gone, nontheless I notice that my tone of voice changes in particular situations. At home or when I'm out with friends the tone of my voice is great. When I'm among people more confident than me or attractive women, the tone of my voice changes and turns out somehow ''weaker''.

I already tried the advices from NLP books to trigger the confidence, but it doesn't work so well.

Don't get me wrong I am LAUD, but You can still hear fear, hesitation : /
I need to change it fast I even thought about hypnosis but it is expensive and I don't know if it's helpful and does the effect stay for the lifetime.

Anyone have any suggestions how can I start solving my problem? Is there any technique?
Thank you,
Tom.

Hi Tom,

I think the first thing I would say is don't try too hard. Your tone of voice throughout a conversation should change depending on 1) how interested you are in the topic you're talking about and 2) what emotion you are trying to convey. Maybe if you start to use hand gestures more to emphasise what you're saying, you will be less focussed on how your speaking, but instead be feeling what your saying. When you feel comfortable, your tone of voice will just come naturally to suit the conversation. But ultimately it comes down to confidence, be confident in yourself, that what you have to say is interesting and show your audience that. Just try and have fun with it. Hope this helps man.

Ben

hi
I've heard the good looking thing but I just recently started actually believing it. I used to be extremely self conscious about my appearance and after some experiences this summer and words of wisdom from a friend who gets women left and right i've been working on how to use looks to my advantage.

I am taking this as constructive criticism! Thats exactly what I need...someone to tell me the truth haha thats why I love this forum!!!

So with the fashion...do i need to change that if i fix my body language and facial expressions...or does the fashion come across as gay too??

As far as smiles go I do smile quite a bit... are we talking seductive smiling like model smirks:
