Solid post. Fitness and body image is something which I have, I don't really have any 'game'. But I agree, some girls will approach you cos of it. I've had girls doing bicep poses in front of me and go 'GRRR!" and it gets the ball rolling.

But if you're doing this for the women, you won't last. You have to do it for your self

1 month of gym really doesnt count for much..If you were to stop now, you would lose all your results in 2 weeks. Its not something that you wanna go getting on a high horse about, 1 month is very little time in body building for size. Ill try remember to come back and ask in 6 months time for a photo then to see if youre legit. now were talkin.

Also if thats you in the video, you still look pretty thin, remember to get your diet sorted because that is just as important. eat more of the right foods.

I know a guy, no game, big muscles and tanned. Not even hadsome face. And he pulls really hot girls. Don't come with the bullshit that looks don't matter. You think women have no eyes, only ears ? You can do a small test. Change your clothing style to something cool and colourful that suits you. By only doing this, you'll see you'll get more interest from women.

However, I once dated a girl that said she really disliked muscled man. So at the end it is a matter of personal taste.

I am not saying though that having solid game is not important. I have also seen ugly guys with solid game pulling hot women. But women do also look at the way you look. No doubt about that. The guy that came up with "looks don't matter" is completely bulshiting.

Now I dont want to change the topic, but I`d really like some info on my goal:

I wanna have Daniel Craig`s body, wich resulted one of the most liked by the world when Casino Royale came up.

Yes, it`s true that there`s no coincidence I`m Bond- 007 and want the body of the last actor in the role; but I do like being healthy and I think there should be a proper balance between body and mind. If you guys know any proper routine to obtein that body please share, I have the propper motivation.

First and foremost,you dont need to be jacked to have women.But it does help,and helps your confidence as well.You queers are bringing up james bond and all that bullshit...its a movie fucktards.You probably have a disgusting physique and your pissed off about it.I was always a little bulkier/chubbier lost 20 pounds and got abs...BOOM i get ioi's of the ying yang,now is it because the way i look maybe.but i like to think its because the way i carry myself now that I'm more confident in my body.To answer your question about Daniel Craig..crossfit would be your best bet,at least 3 times a week,and interval sprints at least 3 times a week.And cut the carbs...protein and veggies.the man is solid,so that would probably be your best bet

While you don't need to huge or jacked it is good to be strong for your size and healthy with a fairly low body fat percentage.

Working out also releases testosterone which amps up your sex drive and makes you more aggressive in field.

What kind of body shape do you have right now?

A good work out routine for newbies starting out is Starting Strength by Mark Rippetoe. Google it.

That`s me, I have no shame. Did some gym some years back and now Im going but I keep the same weights; as you can see I need a lot more muscle in order to get to my goal.

If you know any method I could use in order to gain weight asap I`d appreceate it.
I also started drinking whey protein after my gym.

Get this: I'm skinny as hell. Once me and my gf was at a party of my friend. He jokingly mentioned there had been guy in their class about whom he'd show pics but he wouldn't because my gf would leave me. She asked: "Is he muscular?" Friend said he kind of was, and my gf reassured him that was a damn turn off for her. I'm not going to the gym for the sake of girls. Never...ever. Maybe if I'll want it but I know that I'm attractive the way I am, and there will always be girls who wouldn't like my current, or future physical shape and they can just gtfo because there are more than enough who do.

I believe the physique can only help you get the first approach, as people generally judge by what they see at first. It is the first thing you see when you see a person.

Helps some people gain confidence but overall having a good inner core charisma is always better than looks. We see this with all the best PUA's, not all of them have muscular shapes and looks, but look how well they do in-field.
