you are right that you will never see same stranger twice.but you can see same people at same time same location everyday like people who are going to work and blah blah blah...thats not the point anyway....I have seen some girls that i approached before at public places.but the probability is really less.
The main point is influence and escalation.
Influence = appearance(style and body language) + DHV stories
qualification can be used to check influence.
escalation = KINO + emotional states
Then you just have to command her and she will follow you i guess
