Well this is my first field report and I have to say I learned a lot. I was out at a local club last night and the place was packed. I had a goal to make 3 approaches and I did accomplish that. The first approach was to 2 girls and I got completely blown out. Funny thing is that It did not bug me much. I saw it as a learning expirence. Then I learned why the 3 second rule is so damn important. There was a good set at a table and by the time I readied myself they were taken. The same happend to another set at the dance floor. so today I learned why the 3 second rule is damn important.

It can be important! The main reason it's important is you just react to the set and not like most guys that are in their head too long thinking of what to do before approaching. The girls see this and they loose interest. Keep in mind you want to go in UNLESS you expect an interruption within the first few minutes of you being in set...like they are waiting on a drink or something.

Good job accomplishing your goal and not letting the blow out get to you.
