| Money isn't the end all be all. Many have stepped down from, or left, high-paying positions to seek other positions or employment. You can have an easy job, but it can become difficult if you work around some of the worst people. Conversely, you can have a difficult job, but it can be easier if you work around good people.
I just read a quick overview of your position at Glassdoor.com, and it said don't get caught up in employees complaints and issues. If you let those miserable people take you down with them, then you will become one of them. Just as with pickup, be different from the rest. Use what you know in pickup to improve things for you at work. Figure out how to game those who boss you around, and watch how things change. A good read would be Robert Greene's 48 Laws of Power [unabridged] or The Concise 48 Laws of Power [abridged version]. It is a book full of power plays made upon those in power by those who weren't in power.
Also, consider you live a dual life. By day, you are the mild-mannered transitional letter carrier. At night, you are a girl-getting pickup machine.
