theres this girl in my class. we always sit next to each other and its almost unconscious i guess we both got used to sitting by the window. everytime i turn towards here she looks at me or focuses her attention on me but i would just be lookin out the window. i see her in hallways and she seems excited to say hi. we have small talk in class and shes somehow shy

in a way i feel like i should be doin somethin about it and im not sure if the mentioned above are IOI

i found her on facebook and thought about messaging her but not sure if its a good idea or not. complete newbie here. and if i should then what should i say

Messege her AND Start saying hi at school. It's more awkward when you don't do it then when you do do it.

Yeh, I don't know how you'd say you found her because it would seem pretty creepy or stalky, but if you did do it, you'd stand out a lot to her. Plus she'd know your interested.

You could message her on facebook today and just say you were looking through local people and saw her, so you thought you'd say hi. Or, you could wait until tomorrow and TALK to her in school, then, somewhere in the convo, you can ask her if she's on facebook, like you don't know. That could also give you something else to talk about.

one thing that i noticed is that every time i talk to her it seems like she is really interested in whatever i had to say even if its just : did u have a good weekend? so i figured its a good sign and decided maybe its time to do somethin about it

we both got a bad grade so i added " dont feel too bad about ur grade, i got just the same"

her reply

"hey (me)!!! how r u??? yea i dont feel too bad about the grade im sure we will make it up:). see u in class.

and she added me

im not sure how that went but that is deff enough and im pretty sure i shouldnt message her back.

i got an idea for the next time i see her in class its about her havin alot of pictures on facebook

i could say somethin like "dont think u have enough pictures u need a few more"

Right, don't message back. Honestly, that's not even a strong IOI, at this point. Yes, you need to talk to her in person. A comment like that about the pics is alright. It could be a starter for the convo, but don't stay on the pics. Change the subject quickly.
