Hi people, I've probably had the hardest year of my life. When your family used to say when you where young you don't want to grow up to early, I always questioned why , that's what I want more than anything. Now I am here no job, no money can't drive. How right where they.

Anyway I am on a path and would like your experiences and knowledge to help me get to the end. Since I was young I wanted to be a Estate Agent I love the whole Idea of helping people start a new family etc... Anyone in the business end willing to guide or give me some advice would be so helpful. I know I am the business type of person I am young and somewhat naive but am very lost. [/u]

Well, if real estate is what you want to do then put your plan into action! Becoming a good salesman is difficult but it's definitely possible. In fact, you can even put some PUA stuff into becoming a good salesman such as mirroring and getting people to like you and all that! I'd recommend taking out a loan (if you need cash) and go and get your real estate license or whatever you need to start working. Or if you have enough cash just buy a house and rent it out to students, although that's not really what you want to do, but it could make you more money in the long run.
