Im already fighting depression so its gonna be a little rougher the next week or so. Also planning to pick up martial arts again and maybe something else. The reason for this is sometimes i smoke before I go out and im generally calmer and more controlled and attentive. But then coming down sucks,and i get less sociable i guess it boosts my confidence,but i want to always be confident naturally and not depend on anything so basically im asking for a little guidance on how best to deal with the next few weeks. I smoke alot in general and im out of shape and feeling very tired. I want to try to get my health,skills and confidence back.

Good on you for deciding to quit! Getting into other activities such as martial arts is a great idea. It'll teach you discipline, respect, and a sense of confidence with the skills you've learn.
Confidence from drugs is one of the worst forms, so again good on you buddy. Real confidence should come from within. Boost it by hanging out with buddies more often and talking to girls, or whatever, just so long as you interact socially.

I really tell u a lot since I had problems with confidence as well. I must confess I never taken any drugs, I used to drink some alcohol before I go out though : )
In order to get self-confident You must not avoid stressful for You situations. You should seek this kind of situations and practise when ever u can. everyday.
Try to do meditation it help me a lot, and its just take 10 min a day, remember your emotion are combined with your breathing so use this connection : )
