I am mid 20s and dont have a problem with acne but if i load up on greasy fast foods and sodas I may get a break out. Well anyways Im good now but maybe a month or 2 back i got a acne mark from a pimple.

Any suggestions to clear it out? I am unemployed and really cant afford to see a dermatologist for it.

search on google for acnefreein3days, it's basically a book with lots of information and methods to fight against acne. The method I did was the 3 day detox, wich basically is an apple fast for which you can only eat apples for 3 days, and drink lots of water. It worked pretty good for me. The book also contains a part about how to cure acne scars, didn't read it but you should check it out.

Edit-Just read the part in the book and he is talking about a product called Skin Peel 4000 which worked really well for his acne scars. Anyway, good luck getting rid of you scars.

The best way to get rid of acne remains to go natural and be patient. Stuffs such as cucumber, tea tree oil work fine but still, you need lots of patience.

I agree. some people have a compulsive nature of picking at acne marks, refrain from this or else itll never go away and become permanent scaring.

And Truly, acne scars can be worst than the acne itself which is why people need to learn how to pick on them. Patience, will get you anywhere.
