Hi, I read a great body language book and I became a really great reader in body language by just observing everywhere you go the gestures of other people. Take 10 min each day when you go out.. even in a cofee shop or anywhere you want.. to look and try to read the body language of others. You will start to get better at it and before you know it, you can read the signs while you talk. I did that during my classes, analyzing also my own body language and it didn't take long time before I became a machine of interpreting this stuff. So the only way of practicing is by knowing the theory, observe and recognize. Hope I helped!!

the only part that confused me was the end of the video. He said, "men are bad at decoding women's signals because they're always receiving positive feedback," even if the women don't want to have sex with them. How do we distinguish between the normal flirt that they always give us and the flirt that says i want to fuck you later tonight?

The guy that was talking was an AFC dude. Didn't you heard what he said when the guy was alone with 3 girls and they didn't engage with him? He said that he can't do nothing if the the women don't make an approach invitation. WTF? You open the set and than you build attraction.. there's not necessarily an approach invitation that needs to be done. So here's the thing.. a women will NOT flirt with you if she's not interested. It's just against human nature. You will neither flirt with an ugly chick.. as soon as there is the smallest ounce of attraction, she will flirt. IOI's never lie - body language never lies even if someone tells differently, don't listen to what the verbal part of her body has to say. She can say " fuck you get away from me" but if her body shows otherwise.. she is interested. Basically, practice your body language analysis and you'll see what I mean!

IOIs are hard to spot to the untrained mind. Most of the time people either don't notice them, do notice them but convince themselves that it wasn't an IOI, or plainly don't act upon them.

If you're unsure it's always worth testing the water. Talking to the girl !! Put it this way, no one will die if she's not interested so it's definitely worth a go.

Girls receive clear IOIs from men all the time and, because of the volume, they don't tend to act upon them very often.

When they give an IOI, they want the man to approach and show their confidence (even if it's faked).

It's all about you doing your own thing and being relaxed and smooth/slow with your gestures. last night, i went to a bar and pulled the most AFC verbal content but i had a great eye contact in a very relaxed manner made the eyes of "i like you and you like me and we're definitely fucking tonight" and she gave me a 100% positive response.

Of course.. verbal words are used by a small percent of our brain when we talk. Body language and the tone of your voice it's one of the most important things. Don't need openers or any other material. Start by training your body and when you get good at it.. you'll see what impact it makes when you are gaming an HB. I read the book..."Body language" by alan pease... it's the best on the market!
