Met this cute HB at the halloween party ...was playfully flirting with her from the word go ..I chat her up a bit (asking what she was dressed as blah blah) and then after a while I ask for her number ..She wouldnt give that..I was like I am not going anywhere .....I asked her and she would keep saying no ..and I was playfully holding her hand and everything ....it went on for a while ..I was standing there as she talked to her friends for a bit...I told her I have never waited so long to get a number and made a puppy face doing it ..lol...then kissed her hand ...finally after like 5-10 mins I was like probably she is not interested and I cant her number ...and so I was about to leave ...thats when I took a pic with her (and my friends did too) ..and got to add her on FB.
Now I am not sure about the next step..only source would be FB messaging.Any ideas to possibly get a next date?How to escalate? what to talk?

You should next this one. You showed too much neediness by standing there holding her hands while she was talking to her friends.

I actually think you were so close, if you had left and showed a time restraint you could have done it. What I think you should do is comment on the picture, dont friend her, neg the outfits, say wow we all look really drunk, especially little red(her costume is now little red). Then shell say something and try and get a biy of chem going, then after 2 messages say gtg add me. Then shell add you why not its facebook everyone does, and now you are on top. Start your game over in a message and leave time restraints. Be like me friends arguing we need opinion ... but I got 5 mins were heading out to catch a movie... then small chat and bounce, keep her on her toes.
