I actually attended AFC Adam's bootcamp 2 weeks ago in L.A. I can tell you all about it. Let me know, and I will contact you via email. I know what it is like being curious about it, because I did tons of searches before I attended it. That is why I am replying to your post. If you are considering going to his bootcamp, I would like to talk to you to make sure it is right for you first. This website will not let me post my email address unless I have atleast 5 posts, so let me know, and we can work something out.
