So maybe the answer to this is really obvious, but I'm going to ask anyway for clarification. When sarging, do you use your actual name or an assumed name, such as 'Style', 'Mystery', or 'Tequila_Sunrise'?

I can think of pros and cons for both, but I'm wondering what you guys do. In stories, PUAs always write in their assumed name, but what I'm wondering is if they actually introduce themselves to the girl that way.

Thanks in advance,
Tequila_Sunrise

I don't knwo how they do it , but at least for me , I use my ncikname (my real nickname not my PUA name) .

why because more people know my real nickname so people will hear talkign about you and not this guy (XFMAN)

I have always had a habit of mixing it up when I'm out for a score.
Technique-

Whether it's a big club or a small gathering I have found that if you just
throw out whatever name you can think of, to each different individual you encounter, it can really amp your game. Once your talking with a set, and you get to the point where they ask you your name, try telling them each a different name one after the other with a huge smile on your face. Almost everytime they jump all over it and you can use the 5 minutes they'll spend arguing and pestering with you for your 'real' name to build a rapport and once they are to the point of near exasperation you give them a new name entirely (your real name works here depending on the situation) you should stick with that name for the remainder of the sarge though, so that they feel a bit of trust toward you and so that you dont bring up stale material.

Afterthought-
Also, once all this is said and done and assuming you closed the target to the point of isolation it can be a real effective phase shift to tell her you have a secret and once she gets you to tell her your 'secret', you say you got carried away and you want to tell her your "really real name" before the fake name gets to deeply engrained. You can say anything at that point, a new name, a nickname, or your real name if you havent already used it. The generally has the effect of starting a underhanded connection and she will feel validated that you waited to tell only her, and amused you could take it so far.

This ones got tons of room for segways, improv and routine openers... So I hope you enjoy.

Thanks, guys. That name game sounds like a fun routine to run. Normally, I use my "real" nickname, the one all my friends know me by. However, I have been thinking that using an assumed identity could add some intrigue.

Potential conversation:

Girl: So, what's your name?

Me: Tequila Sunrise.

Girl: That's an unusual name, where'd you come up with that?

Me: Well, it's one of my favorite drinks. Also, watching a beautiful sunrise is a perfect finish to a night of drinking tequila.

Could be tough to pull off but would be great game if it worked.

I don't think I could ever tell anyone my name was "Monkey."

I go by my real name. All the time. If they ask me my last name (some have), I'll tell them. If I can't trust them with my name, how can they trust me with their bra clasp?

Ya I agree with Monkey. I really wouldn't wanna go around saying... "Hi my name is Shaft... what's yours?" Unless.. I joined a male stripper club and danced for the ladies.... hmmm........

Shaft, I hate your player name so much... It's like this gigantic phallic symbol attached to your digital forehead. Not that "Monkey" is much better, but at least I have a cute little avatar detracting from the horrible penis-reference...

Monkey isn't much better lol. Monkey's have random sexual partners, which last only like a few seconds, they throw poo, and they do have strains of the HIV virus :P. Mock the phallic symbol and I mock the Monkey. :D... you know I still love ya ;)
