I was thinking of taking her to a drink, build comfort, normal kino escalation and then kiss close.. But i`m afraid that it will be awkward or she won`t want it, bcs she`s very shy..

If she's too shy then sometimes it's better just to leave off and look for something else. I mean, if she's really shy. On the other hand, she could just need more comfort around you and that's totally dependent on her and the amount of time she requires. Some girls require more investment of time than others for them to let something as stupid as a kiss.
