When you say film game, do you mean gaming on set, with the crew, actresses, extras?

If your a camera man, you don't have a lot of free time and space to move around on set, since you will most likely be on duty filming or helping with angles on set changes, it's probably a lot easier to game people part of your crew, since they are with you most of the time. And you can get the girls your gaming to get you coffee, etc, since that happens a lot on set, then you can tease her about bringing you the wrong one, or give her a big order like

"Hey, get me a tall half-skinny half-1 percent extra hot split quad shot (two shots decaf, two shots regular) latte with whip"

I'm pretty sure i read this DHV in 'The Mystery Method'.

I wrote down all this story in a list of paper. Perfect story, nice example, which I asked many of my friends to share some of their secrets but this one pass over everything I have heard from them. Thank you ! Good luck !

I have no doubt that this is a great DHV routine and that it works quite well. But I can't help but feel a little sleazy fabricating significant parts of a DHV story. From your post I wasn't quite sure where the lies ended and where the rest of it actually happened.

I know I run the risk of stating the obvious here but we all have different thresholds regarding how far we take lies/exaggerations in our openers and DHV routines, so with that said TO EACH HIS OWN. I think for the most part though, some of us would agree that it's ok to use standard opinion openers about situations that never really happened just to get the girls talking about something that is more interesting than the usual "what do you do, where are you from" banter. The most basic example that comes to mind is Style's jealous gf opener, which is a classic.

But I'd like to think that after the first 3 minutes the lies (or heavy exaggerations) should stop. When you tell someone you were "on set" you are basically telling someone you are an actor which is lying in a significant way about your profession. If we're going to lie about what we do in life, what's to stop us from telling girls we're surgeons who have saved countless lives in 3rd world countries, help the blind in our spare time, and have black belt degrees in jui jitsu too.... but we only took the class not because we're aggressive people by nature but because we believe in protecting those we love. Major DHVs there but complete horse shit.

So, if part of your DHV routine is true regarding your friend's gf kissing you then that's great. At least that part, which is a major DHV is true. If that too is a lie (again not quite clear from your original post) then it's just something I think most of us shouldn't use because of the following:

A fundamental philosophy in The Game is to leave girls in a better position than we found them, and I don't see how outright lying from start to finish (or at least about major things like what we do for a living) does that, when they do (and they will) find out someone was a fraud.

Completely agree. To quote Style, the only time you should lie to a girl is when they ask how many women you've slept with.

I could see twisting this a little bit though, I do work on stage for bands playing around here every once and a while, a little personal touch to this story and I think it could work wonders.
