I feel like a chump and it's really getting my ass down. So my girl and I were doing long distance and had some troubles. Now I moved out with her 2000 miles away from home and I find out 4 days after I get here some other guy is texting her. I was about ready to pack up all my shit and just go home. Not to mention I'm living with her whole family because I don't have anywhere to go.

We talked it out. She's says they've just been texting and he only came to visit her in a social setting with friends around. That's it. She has not slept with him or I would have been gone.

Anyway, this guy text her again this morning, saying he hopes that she is happy. I dont trust my girl any more and she has been really bitchy lately. I want to turn this thing around. I'm not sure if it's time to end this relationship and cut my losses or if we can work it out.

Need some advice ...

I agree with Maik here, Nearly every good looking women will get hit on and get texts every day! How you handle it is key. If you've seen her sent messages and it seems like she is cheating then yes do what the other guys said pack your shit and get out of there. If there isn't anything of the sort in the text's just be a man and show her your not jealous type and your the man she wants. To many people on this website jump to conclusions if a guy talks to your woman they are cheating. Ok sometimes that is the case and yeah it sucks! but it's not always the case get actual proof before doing something you might regret.

She stopped talking to this guy before I moved here. And he was acting AFC by being jealous - I saw the text before she woke up. It read something like "no I'm supposed to stop talking to you when you're hanging out with other guys?". This is my girlfriend keep in mind so yeah red fuckin flag. Anyway, turns out it was mostly reconnecting with an old friend, he wanted to date her - know I was her BF, then she basically froze this guy out when I moved here. She said she thought we were broken up. We had some problems so I guess somewhere along the way she thought it was okay to talk to other guys. Really I think she was losing attraction because I was acting pretty needy. So we will see what happens ...

Going to do some inner work on myself. I have been expecting her to make me happy, which is an attraction killer. I know I can make myself happy and no one has that responsibily except me.

She owns you. I have seen this EXACT situation with a buddy of mine. He moved in with his girl and her family far from home. The girl (probably subconsciously) realized she could do whatever she wanted because he was dependent on her and her family, so she cheated on him. The guy had a life "built" in the area at that point, so he would have had to quite his job, leave all of his new friends, etc., so he stayed a while longer. Then she cheated again and he had to move back home thousands of miles away and start over. I felt bad for him, but he put himself in that situation.
