Letting women chase you is great for high self esteem girls but may limit your success rate IMO... I've experimented with basically cutting all non-real life contact and just asking a girl to hangout once a week or so until she does, girls come around should they seem disinterested early on.

If a girl texts me with just "hi" or anything really, I ignore what she says and reply, "hey let's hang out tomorrow (or insert other date).... If she calls I ask her out...If she never texts me back/ never trys to contact me at all. I contact her ONCE and only once each week asking her out again... eventually they are in a mood to go out and from there I escalate kino and do very well... In real life women connect with you, it's outside that face to face environment they "don't feel like" seeing you. It's working well for me.

In short Limit non-real life contact, but don't give up. It's been working verrrry well for me.
