Today I did some charity work, the work was basically going after people and asking them to purchase a pencil, which was the symbol of the charity's group. The hardest part for me was actually going up to the person and talk to them. At the beggining everyone either said NO or pretended I was invisible, but then I realised, this is fu*king easy, why was I afraid of going after the poeple in the first place? Later they even started to buy pencils, but that's not the point. The first step in going after girls or selling a stupid pencil, is making your mind set to go after them, don't over think it, just do it.
This isn't very helpfull advice for getting girls, but putting yourself out there isn't hard, never over think it, and hey, everyone starts somewhere, even if your not ready to go after a HB10 and ask for their number, practice makes perfect

Criticize Mystery all you want people but the 3 second rule of spotting a target and being over there in 3 seconds is exactly designed to make you do just as Popa is saying. You've made up your mind to approach and you are forcinging yourself to just react instead of conciously think.

Just like if someone throughs a ball at your face, you can either catch it instinctively or you can get knocked in the face with a ball. You have to trian yourselves to be reactive and making that concious decision is definitely the right first step.
