Ok guys, come to realize something lately. needs to be shared.

You aint gunna "fix" yourself, or your life, through some kind of "inner game" technique. Im not coming from a place of being a naturally born confident guy, as a youngster i was painfully shy, and had very low self esteem. I was too intimidated by everyone, and yes my parents divorced, i didnt play sports as a child or w.e other causes you can think of, there are probably thousands.

Im still not perfect, and have a long way to go. but for the past few months, instead of focusing on actually approaching and real behaviours, like i did last summer (when i had most success/confidence), ive focused on how i can "fix my inner game" hence, how i am broken. it hasnt got me anywhere. ill tell you the secret to inner game right now: affirmations, sure, visualizations, defo, journaling success, absolutely, but the one key thing...

ACTION!

if we want to develop, we gotta push ourselves man. we gotta approach everyday if we can (i know very hard) and we gotta focus everyday on the new behaviours we want. When we are doing this, the affirmations/visualizations are the thing which will be icing on the cake.

But theres no point in telling yourself "i am the alpha male" if your just going to behave how you always have, walking by that pretty girl, instead of approaching, or even making some eye contact.
being the same around your social circle, instead of coming into your own, talking about what you want to talk about, being challenging, and self amusing.

Great post man, that's just what I needed! I was in a position where I approached girls for 3 days straight and started feeling great, I stopped and I'm back to how I was when I just started. It was actually a little depressing to, but now I realize that the confidence does come from pushing yourself to the limit, and pushing yourself out of your comfort zone whenever you can. If you only do it sometimes it won't benefit you because you will go right back to your old mindset once you start telling yourself your the boss and don't want to risk rejection, when in reality your confusing yourself because you can't be a boss if you are afraid of getting rejected. I don't know if this is exactly what you meant but it's what I got out of it so thanks for posting this, it was just what kind of info. I needed.
