Hey TechSkill, I'm only new to the community but I see where you're coming from, some days just don't seem appropriate to game. For me at least, if I'm feeling down and lacking confidence/charisma I'll hit up the gym a little earlier in the day or even for a tad longer. If you can motivate yourself to get out the house and burn off some of those negative feelings you'll be good after. Follow that with a long shower and you should feel like a new man. I understand this may not work for you, but it really gets the oxygen flowing and can pump you up for a night out.
