Good Post!

I've been seriously think of taking a dance class here in town that teaches ballroom, salsa, etc. I don't think its all that expensive either. From what I remember they meet at the Wild Horse on a night during the week.

I would take ballroom, salsa, and stuff because you learn how to move and step to a slower rythm and then move your way to hip hop. Plus I hear there are a lot more girls at those classes than guys!

I second on the girls! I took lessons in well alot of diffrent styles (not hip-hop though)... I'd say the most usefull BY far are in this order:

Cha-Cha
East Coast Swing (Jitterbug)
Salsa
Rumba
Others (Waltz, Foxtrot, Etc...)

Now the Tango may also be quite usefull... however I don't know that I'd recommend trying to learn to Tango just for the sake of pickup (much trickier basics then the ones I have listed)...

The fantastic thing about most dance studios I've seen/been to is the ratio of attractive athletic women vs. guys (And hell half the guys are gay anyway)... As a male singe(no partner) you become a very rare and valuable commodity.

Just like women belileve if a guy's a bad kisser, They think that if you're a bad dancer, you'll be bad in bed
Have you ever seen NAPOLEON DYNAMITE? Do you know how many women love that actor now? (millions)
women believe that the energy you channel into dancing will be the same way you're gonna be in bed
& Someone who knows very little, or lacks self-control for that matter, is not going to be attractive.
but look at jon heder (Napoleon Dynamite) They don't Care how he looks!
The fact taht he can Dance redeems all his unattractive qualities

The attraction created due to his dance moves OverPowers the unattractive qualities in him
Keep in mind, even if you are a good dancer, many women will be cautious to step to you & compliment you, unless they're confident

This is not recommending you dance like this... But did you see the smiles on that girl's face?

IT NEVER HURTS TO EXPAND YOUR SKILL-SET

I am heavily considering taking class's. I think at a club, not dancing makes you like the majority of other guys.

I have a cousin who is an unaware natural, he dances like a moron and chicks are all over him. Its just the fact that he does it.

No you dont need dance skills to be a PUA, although it does help.
If you cant dance or cant afford lessons I highly recommend developing rythm. May sound simple, but alot of guys are out of sink w/ the beat.

Take a beat and you should be able to move your head to it. I say thats some rythm there!
Then expand on it. Move your legs. Just dont go over board. Just move along w/ the beat & SMILE!(more like flash one here & there) As long as you dont look uncomfortable you'll be fine! move along w/ the beat. Look like youre having fun and you dont care what others think.

hey coming from a half decent dancer... I'd say look at salsa classes, just for basic partnering moves. From salsa techniques comes many kino opportunities plus DHV opportunities by leading. These moves can be used for many genres of music and girls usually love it, it really sets u apart from everybody else at a club. When it comes to just dancing in a group (because it would be kinda creepy to just split up a set and single out just one girl and start salsa dancing with her), that post with the video from "Hitch" is GOLD. everything comes out of stepping to your right then left, maybe forward then backward. No spins, no crazy hand gestures, just in your zone. id say stay away from music video dance routines unless very popular Ex. soulja boy!!!.

hope this helps.

much love
