Basically all you have to do is be yourself and well just talk to her about things most girls like, basically start off like a normal conversation for example:

It opens her up and as I'm not talking about myself, notice how I always ignore the you? questions, just talk about her. What she's been up too, relate to things shes been up to so for example shopping. Tell her you went shopping the other day and couldn't find a lot you liked, then tell her she needs to take you shopping as you need a fashion guru etc.. this all works and by the end of it you will be having a free flowing conversation with the HB all without the crap most of these so called PUA's say. The rest of your post is a good comfort builder, you will most likely get her out and get friend zoned. Where do you build any mystery/attraction? I normally behave like this in person, but I have body language to raise up attraction, so it works. I just don't see how it would work online. My opinion.

Okay, so I used this on Facebook chat last night, and what happened was I number closed her within an hour as the conversation was running pretty smoothly, a like on a picture that nobody else likes and/or a witty comment on a picture.

Anyhow this work 4 out of 5 times last night, I now have 2 Cinema dates a coffee date and a bar crawl date all in the space of 12 hours.

While this is your opinion you are also a bit wrong. There are women that use dating sites because they get fed up with the guys they meet in bars and clubs. Some also use it as their job's make it difficult to meet guys in real life. Yes there are a few that are on there for an ego boost, but most are not. And when it comes to 9's and 10's as I mention with the bar/club stuff they get fed up with it as the guys that do approach them tend to turn them off and not many guys approach them so they tend to resort to other means. The point is there are various reasons why girls use dating sites.
Qualifying your self?

Okay, so since you don't agree with my method or the way I think about dating sites.

Enlighten me, which dating sites do you use, what do you open them with, what type of girls do you meet on there etc..

I primary use POF and OkCupid. I don't really use FB as I find it a waste of time but that is just me, tho I some times use Tagged and Myyearspace. On opening I have some pre-made up openers that I use, that encourage or invoke conversation. Some of the pre-made openers I sometime use came from here (I be happy to post those). As far as what type of girls I have met from online dating sites it has been a wide range, from crazies to high value ones. Tho most of the girls I have met tend to be middle of the road.
