You can call me R.L,from the middle east.
I came here in order to improve my self esteem and such qualities in order to
achieve a better life style.
I just turned 18 and I'm looking for a relationship and such.
I have some problems such as approaching some nice girl, managing a good conversation and on and on(I'm a shy person,low self esteem and so).
I'm sure that I came to the right place for these "objectives" and also to encounter with a great community.
By the way, I would like to know if there's a page with the interpretations of the special terms which you guys use, such as HB, HVB or else, I read it like I can Chinese (which I cannot understand) hehe.

Hi R.L, hope you're doing ok. There might be some websites with info on the terms but to help you out immediatly, here are some of the most popular ones:

HB - Hot Babe. For example, HB9 means a Hot Babe 9 out 10 which means she's REALLY hot.

LJBF - Let's Just Be Friends. Used when a woman puts you in the "friend" zone.

PUA - Pick Up Artist, of course.

LMR - Last Minute Rejection. When a woman puts resistance right before having sex with a man.

Inner Game - Confidence and self-esteem

You have self esteem issues. I recommend you watch Tyler Durden's "The blueprint decoded". It'll help you get your mindset (how you think about yourself and your surroundings) right.

As for approach anxiety, which most guys have (I still have it too), the only thing you can do is saying JUST DO IT and actually doing it. The more you do it, the more your own self esteem will spontanously rise Approaching the hottest girls will most likely always be a bit terrifying.

Welcome Savex. If you want more friends, that's good and easy to achieve actually. Everyone in this forum is very supportive and informative, so you shouldn't have a problem socializing at all.

Ask as many questions as possible - that's a great way of learning PUA material.
