Well, see that's where most AFC's (I did say MOST, lol) have the trouble. They are too freaking scared to be direct/bold. They are afraid that if they are that bold, they will lose any chances of getting with the girl.

I think there's a big difference between making a Statement of Intent (which is a good idea) and just going Mode 1 all the way. Agreed it's more fun to build things up, rather than go in like a bull in a china shop.

you're right going mode1 from the start could potential get u dissed but sometimes you can cut to the chase. Whatever works right no one method is fullproof

Honestly, I've know tons of girls and women in my time (before and after PUA). I've never met a single one that has said "I wish my man would tell me he wants sex, cause I just can't tell". Any woman that needs a guy to try THAT hard to make his intentions known is even more naive about men than AFC's are about women.

Hey Vanhaven, I'd take a listen to Claire's advice here. I mean, if you do it right, then you being bold like that has the affect of actually jacking up the attraction with some women extremely fast. Not all women, but some. Sure they already know, that's not the point. The point is, if you're a guy that has the balls to be that forward, SOME women will absolutely love it.

That's where we are in total agreement. I think some guys think they need to learn every style, every routine before they can go out and try this stuff. Nothing works all the time, and nothing fails all the time (except for one thing and that's not trying). Get out there and do your best, learn from your mistakes, celebrate your victories, be they large or small. You went out and opened 3 sets but didn't get any numbers? Pat yourself on the back for having the balls to go out there and learn in the real world, then sit down and figure out how to improve on what you were doing. Where was the weak spot, where did things fizzle? Take that back to this forum and get SPECIFIC advice from the many helpful friends you have right here.

I don't have any issues with people wanting to hear her opinions. Hell, you guys read mine despite being from the opposite side of the topic often. I have no doubt in my mind that Mode One works on a handful of women. For me personally though, the type of woman I believe it would work on isn't for me. If it's for someone else, more power to them.

Just hypothetically speaking:

This is where accurate perception and calibration come into play. Undoubtedly, some women are horny as hell, and it don’t take a lot to get their juices flowing – in some cases, just a strong alpha-male frame. But, others will be more guarded.

So, without a doubt, direct game works, BUT, it has to be used appropriately.

It’s a shame Claire is female, otherwise she could field-test her theories and report back, unless of course she wants to try direct game on some guys, and let us know what happened?

I agree my real goal here is to stop guys from getting into the Friend Zone I see it happen too many times the more experienced PUA's have gotten it figured out i suppose. I read some of the the post of the less experienced PUA's on this forum and see they're having trouble with closing.
Experience levels vary the level of fear of rejection shifts from girl to girl.
Only sure way to prevent it is by forcing out in words from your lips what you really want from a girl

For the record I didn't start pickup looking for the ones that get wet when the wind blows. There's no challenge there. That's all I'm saying. I'm not a one nighter type of person, so being up front about sex is useless to me.
