So here's some slightly background to the situation....

We met in class. She actually approached me... We tlked for a bit and exchanged numbers. hung out two days later. Things went well, we kissed shortly before i took off. She txted me later telling me "she had to give me props on my kissing skills" so next day while txting back and forth. She suddenly, stops replying. and doesn't get back to me until 1 or 2 saying ugh no... which didnt make sense with my last txt... so i responded just over an hour later... saying ugh no? im confused... then nothing back....

is this a shit test... and did i just fail one?

How was the texting before hand? No one can tell what happened from the information you provided. Give us some clues man, we aren't omnipotent you know.

Texting is somewhat different, she might have something important come up that interfered with her keeping her phone on her or some other issue. But its obviously a good sign when a girl texts back and a bad one when she doesnt back soon.

sorry lol, i think it was bad as you said she txted again and was like haveing a rough time here and.... i didnt respond so 50 mins later she txted me again saying what are you doing?? we were joking back and forth she was telling me to do my hw and not procrastinate and i said what.... like you? lol you are one to talk. she replied im doing mine remember ... and that sociology Hw the other day? lol... she had previously told me she had tried not to kiss me all day today just before this...

Dude, what OTIS said is bang on. There's always going to be stuff that interferes with her day (if she is not shit testing you). Best thing possible is when you're texting each other, do it enough to show her you care, but not so much to make it look like you've stopped your life for the girl. When me and my current partner started dating, we would do it maybe once or twice a day, but the texts were as funny as hell, and both respected we each had other things going on in front of us. Quality over quantity.

Don't message her back until you get some sense from her. Whenever I've gotten a similar text in the past, something that doesn't make sense, I'm always like "you sent me a text meant for your other boyfriend" (in jest of course) she laughs.

She just asked me to come over because she is home alone... guess it all panned out.
