Sounds like she is definitely into you. You need to start escalating a bit. Make it known that she actually DOES have a chance. Otherwise you may over do it and scare her off.

Personally, i'd put her on a point scale. Anytime she does something you like, give her positive points. Anytime she does something bad, you take points away. Make up some things she can cash her points in for. 10 points kiss on the cheek, 20 points and you'll take her out for coffee. Playing this game is fun and it will really build some positive complience momentum.
