I would personally advise you to use standard English. This isn't me being pedantic, I really think it might come across as DLV using chat speak. I'm not sure though, you seem to be doing alright so far. I suppose it depends on the girl.

Why don't you take your chances on your own, and see how it goes. You're doing fine so far.

Don't be afraid to take out the training wheels, you'll fall a few times, but you'll learn to ride more easily.

And take the advice about using full English a bit more seriously. It's a good one.
