Yesterday i was at this public party and i bumped into a girl that i briefly knew already. So we hanged out she was giving me TONS of IoIs... She was grabbing my ass, even buying me drinks, biting my neck, holding my hand, dancing with me etc. But yet she was very resistant to any tries that i made to kiss close her/do more sexual kino. It confused the sh*t out of me. Will probably meet her today again. Any ideas on what should i've done/should do?

Doesn't work for everyone, but something I usually do is just come straight out with it. "So when are you gonna kiss me?" A few may say it's bad advice, but it gets it out there, she may be so shocked that she won't say anything, blush, or maybe just kiss you. 80% of the time I get the latter reaction.

Even if you don't get the kiss, they will have the thought of kissing you in their mind.
They have verbal verification that you want to.

"you know what? I am totally thinking about kissing you"
and if you are not comfortable with that,
"if i was drunk, i would have kissed you"
"if you were red instead of this, i would have totally kissed you as i can't resist girl wearing red"
make sure to make it playfull.
