I'm a high school student in Tennessee.I've never had a girlfriend or even been on a date with a girl.One day I woke up and said"To hell with being single!" and have been trying to soak up all the info that I can get my hands on on the subject of being a pua.My problem with women is that if I don't know them,then I can't bring myself to talk to them unless they talk to me first.I'm really shy,which is funny considering that I have a nice body and play football.Then I don't know how to keep the attention and get the numbers of the girls that i do know or talk to.Any advice would be appreciated.

Best Advice Right now is try to open sets with the material and get use to talking to people, to help get over your approach anxieties. It's tough at first believe me. Just follow the 3 Second Rule (Once you see a set open it within 3 seconds) regardless of its all women or mixed. Just start trying to make yourself social. You'll get the hang of it and slowly become more comfortable with it.

Here are some opening lines for you to use with false time constraints. They are canned lines. However, they just break the ice, and give a false time constraint. The reason for the False Time Constraint is as soon as you start talking her she is going to wonder when you're leaving. During the entire opening phase they shouldn't have to think that because you've told them "I can only stay for a second, or I have to meet back up with my buddies..." Body Language is a key to this. You should approach your set at an angle. Go slightly past them and talk to them over one of your shoulder, giving them some eye contact but looking away. This demonstrates higher value because you're not fully engrossed in what they are saying. As they hook into your material you can give them more attention. In the mean time make them earn it!

My wing, Method, has a lot of David DeAngelo stuff on cd that is really good for working on your frame on mind, your inner game, and your overall mannerisms and attitude.

Don't worry about it too much right now. Just get use to talking to groups. You got PUA friends here that can help. We all stumble at first, then crawl, then walk, then run!

I still use a lot of canned material still. One that I use a lot is Mystery's ESP Routine. It goes like this...

I'll start off by explaining ESP. Bascially it goes like this, you- "Do you believe in ESP?" Doesn't matter her answer. "I have something cool to show you.." take her hands in yours, act like a phsycic. "Think of a number very quickly between 1 and 4, don't tell me just think it. Now once you have the number envision a blackboard, a write the number with a piece of white chalk." Got it? "3" doesn't matter her answer. "I'm not done yet, one more...Think of a number quickly between 1 and 10, don't tell me. Once you have it, think of that blackboard again. Now write it down with a piece of white chalk. "7."

90% of people pick 3 when confronted with 1-4
70% pick 7 with using 1-10.

If you get none right say, "See positive proof ESP doesn't exist."
If you get one right say, "See there is still could exist"
If both right, "See positve proff ESP exists"

I used this on a date last Tuesday and wrote down the number on the dinner receipt before I did it. Then I got both numbers right. Then I flipped over the receipt from where I wrote down the numbers first. She flipped out, and loved it. Later on when I was kissing her in her car, I whispered in her ear, "You shouldn't be having those thoughts yet..' She said, "What do you mean.." I said, "I read mind remember." She totally blushed and I setup another date. =)

*Also do a search for the routine called "The Cube" it's in depth but a great routine to learn. Method and I can help you with this as well. "5 Questions" is good too.
