Most of the time you should be able to bring the girl home that night and I don't think these guys are so much. Of course it's a numbers game, but you can increase the number of girls that sleep with you by doing things right.

actually if you watch some interviews with sinn, you would hear him say, the best he ever saw mystery do was about 2 for 3, and he was doing day 2s, and 100% script, mystery also spent 10 years running the exact same social interaction to the point where he has contingencies for everything, and he also brings up the fact that mystery is tall and good looking, he also said style sucks at pickup and the game was a work of fiction and style just uses his fame/job to get girls (this is probably not reliable since he is at war with neil),brad p, paul janka, and sinn, have all said, its just a numbers game, even when you can close 7/10 numbers,the results from phone numbers no matter what you do are still wildly irradic, there is no telling if a number will be a flake or a not, you could spend 2 hours in set, fully scripted, have attraction, ran through a whole bunch of comfort routines, kiss closed, spent most of the time sitting touching incidentally, time bridged successfully, seeded the bridge, get the girl to qualify she will remember you and is excited for the date, and still have her flake on you the next day, or become non responsive, it also will never take 500 approaches to get laid if you are direct with intentions, unless you are the most hideous fat troll person ever, getting laid is not actually that difficult, girls contrary to popular belief want to get laid, but it is still a numbers game, girls all have their ideal men, and strive to get them,
but if you think that you can go 5/5 ever you are living in a fantasy world, everyone who is any good knows that it is a numbers game, and most guys that are good at SNL focus on screening (they play numbers and use certain compliance tests to check for SNL possibilities, for example, logistics + sexual framing if girl does not comply they move on)
