Slow down a little, I don't want you all to (down swing) go jumping off the cliff. (upswing) Metaphorically speaking of course. When practicing these things don't (pause) start higher than you can handle or (down swing) you're going to fall down and kill yourself.

I have only just started reading into nlp stuff and do have some understanding for it, but I'm still a newbie. I have Neil Shah's book, 'A Practical guide to NLP', its reasonably helpful but i wanted a 2nd opinion... but thats besides the point.
All i wanted to know about is the body language and gestures (if there is any, like i said im new to nlp). when it comes to the commands and even when down swingin, what actions are taken?. I know body language plays a big part in any situation, pick up or not...
If anyone could help it would deffinatley help me learn more :)
