Well she's taking the time and energy to get a hold of you. If she thought you were a loser she wouldn't even wast her time so the good thing is that she's interested for the moment. She's seen you maybe knows about you and that's sparked some interest. So I am a firm believer in rewarding good behavior. She contacted you, that is god, reward her! Of course i don't know her or anything about her and this is not the forum for that so you'll have to be creative in how you reward her. You want to say something that will give her a little value without making yourself seem less valuable. Some examples off the top of my head would be something like... "I suppose you're not the WORST person people could get me confused with! " Then you could say you were just playin or make up a story and say "It's ok, people get me confused with beautiful women all the time!" The important thing is to lead the conversation and keep it playful and keep the charm turned up! Then segway into real life that way when you see wach other in person it's not too awkward!

"You make it sound like it's a bad thing. Be flattered if I was the one that got all that attention. "

Or something alone those lines.
