Hi all

Just a fun story about before I read the Game and joined the community.

I was having a vors (if it isn't the same in english as norwegian, a vors is where you invite friends to drink and have shits and giggles and your house before going out), and a female roommate kept saying "you gotta meet my friend, shes really hot!" "ok..."

later on that eveing two SHB walk in...
"is that your friend"
"yep! thats her! =) "

I waited, started talking to her and her friend, then focused on her (remember before I read the Game, wouldn't have played it the same now).

We were laughing having a good time, my knee was actually up against her thigh when i asked her
"so where you from?"
"Levanger" (place in Norway)
"Oh... I know some people from there"
"Really? Who you know?"
"Don't worry, nobody you know"
"No, comeon, try me"
"Ok... My uncle ***"
"Oh yeah! the doctor! I know him!"
"Really..."
"Yeah! Do you know ***?"
"Yeah... Shes my step cousin..."
"Shes my cousin too!!!"

O_O



I leaned back and was dumb struck... Still got her and her friends number before they left though... Though I was the one who asked for it...
Wouldn't have done that now, though it went ok right then and there:

"So give me your numbers and I'll call you later on when we hit the clubs"
"ok =)"

Just wanted to share that story. Bit unusual. Anyone else got weird stories?

Vors...hmm sounds an awful lot like what everyone I know in California calls a "Kickback" or "Pre-gaming"(drinking before hitting the town, going to a sporting event, movie, or even a party.) And I'm sure we have more names for it, but I can't think of any right now.

Haha that is a crazy story...and some bad luck!
But no, sadly I don't have too many weird stories like this!
