Have you heard of pre gaming? If you are nervous about getting intimate and you really think that you will that night or with a girl or you just want to try it to calm your nerves... Just wack it before you go out.. Any time you have an orgasm either during sex or in your own time it calms your nerves.. releases chemicals in your brain and you may loose that edge.. also carry a condom and tell your self you are getting laid tonight!

That's perfectly understandable, especially if you're a virgin. Hell, I've known guys that have been with several girls that still get that anxiety. And yes, to the point that they can't perform and can't get up. It is a hard one to deal with. My best suggestion is that YOU have to be comfortable with the girl. Sure, she has to be comfortable with you to be willing to fuck you to begin with, but YOU also need to be comfortable with her.

And, I know this will be hard, but YOU have to figure out a way to NOT worry about your performance. Focus on pleasing her. Focus on making it SO good for her that she craves you more. DON'T focus on whether or not you will be able to get in her. Look at it this way, if you can make her get off before you ever even get in her, that's gonna make her think that much more highly of you sexually. Then, stack her orgasms.

Anyway, focus more on making her enjoy the experience than on your own performance.

Depending on your age and virility, it might help to rub one out before hand as well.
