I think your problem is that you are trying too hard. This may sound harsh, but you are unhappy with yourself because you are either are a virgin or you see other students getting action, while you are not. It may sound counter-intuitive, but you really don't have to try. You should just go on living your life-- if it happens, then it does happen. Women can sense this. If you want to get laid, you reek of desperation. On this note, I would also say do not be an asshole because it will come to haunt you, especially since Cornell is so small. Like I told you before, you should get involved in activities. You should find things you really enjoy doing. Do you have any passions? When you engage in activities you are really interested in, you will meet people naturally because you both have the same interest. I would also find areas that you excel in because you will start to develop confidence. In your case, however, I would recommend working on your basic social skills, which it sounds like you are lacking.
