I've been working out, constantly reminding myself to have better posture etc.
But after so many years, progress is slow, I defintely have better posture than before, but not all the time.
I definitely have good posture if I see a reflection of myself some where and I correct it, but most of the time I'm not near a mirror.
Any tips on how I can achieve good posture all the time?
Exercises, hypnosis etc

This will improve your posture dramatically...
By the way working out your back muscles will give you little improvement for posture. _________________ Sinceriously,
