if you don't want to be muscular do a cross training type workout. IE lighter weights and lots of aerobic exercise. me personally I like to be muscular so I break up my routine to hit the body parts hard that I want to work real good. IE d1 arms(bi's,tri's forearms), d2 back and shoulders, d3 rest(run of course), d4 chest, and d5 legs. I run four times a week, and do crunches following all workouts. to be quite honest all that stuff only takes me about 45 mins at the gym or at home. it's not that much time out of my week, and the benefits far outweigh the cons. tmi maybe but hopefully someone can use this info.

Some tips i can give you, is super set your workouts by choosing 2 muscle groups and working them out one after another . (ex, set of 12 reps of shoulder press to set of 15 bicep hammer curls). Also if you want to get a huge pump, use a compound set (2 exercises of same muscle group). Ex. Bench press to tricep pulldown. To get a really tone body and you don't have much time or a gym pass, pull ups, dips, pushups, sit ups and planks are vital to a tone body. Also interacting exercises in cardio: like a man maker on a soccer field followed by 15 pullups on the goal post.
if you guys need any help or need any suggestions let me know
