I just came back from my first brazilian jiu jitsu training and it's fucking amazing. I would highly recommend it.

I spoke to some guys who've been training for a while and you can clearly see how it has effected their inner game. You can read 100 books on body language and fancy routines, but nothing comes close to going out of your comfort zone and doing something for yourself.
