I can only say what I do and I'm certainly no pro, but...

- Pay attention to her cues and tells.

- Pay attention to YOURSELF and YOUR internal cues, you should be able to notice yourself thinking/getting the feeling of "I want to kiss her." at some point during conversation. That's when you should get seductive instead of flirty.

- You get her comfortable with you touching her in a sexual way(check out Gambler's stuff if you can get your hands on it).

- Create a seductive SPAM(Slow down conversation, look at her with sexual intent, you know the drill.) and then go in for the kiss if she seems receptive which, if you've done it right, she should be.

I think I've gone a bit off the cliff right now, though, so I'll sum it up to make it less confusing, both for you and myself;

Hey i think i've got the solution you are looking for, i saw these video's with a pua, don't recall he's name, but he really good a good kino.
he knew exactly how to touch a woman to make her comfortable with his touch, but making her wan't to fight for him at the same time.
His trick was, whenever you touch her, you should push her away just a little bit, not so hard that she will think "why does he push me" but enough to make her curious about wether or not you are hitting on her.
also when you push her away, she will try to come back, and get you to touch her again.
