okay, so recently i have been talking to an ex. things went very south (ill tell ya all bout it, if you want) but since then, my game has dropped hardcore (not like i had any really) and i have fallen from the PUA/RAFC back into the AFC rut. i dont know what to do to get myself outta this. iv become an AFC all over again..... :(

Happens to everyone unfortuantly , youve just got to remeber you always come out beter than you were before you went down that path , trsut me in a couple of weeks you wont be feeling this way :)

Mystery was right about one thing when you get out of a relationship it hurts, but the fastest road to recovery is to GFTOW(Go find/fuck ten other women) Sarge the sad away.

Yes the best way to get over an awesome relationship and connection is meaningless sex.

I know someone who has literally fucked 10 other girls after a break up, he was still in a rut.

You're human, you're sad. Its cool, just keep speaking to a girl, find one you like and have a cool relationship. that's life.
