I'm just curious how many people here are addicted no new music like me. Tell me what you've been vibin' to recently, or your favorite albums of the year or whatever.

My Favorite album this year so far is House of Balloons by The Weeknd.

recently I've been listening to a lot of Godspeed You! Black Emperor, specifically their album F# A# ∞.

I listen many genres,but for the past 2 years have been Trance & House.

I find good in just almos every single style. My favourite will always be rock and metal \m/. But I really love jazz, rap, dance, retro, and also, classical. Since I've been playing the piano for almost 12 years now and have deep theoritical and practical insight of music, I can pretty much spot the original, artistic types. Hate pop though... Just boring. Sure it's nice in a club with some remix but other than that, anyone can do it with the professional studios we have nowadays.

Chrish - You from /mu/? I know Godspeed are one of their favorites. Could never really get into them.

I'm big on my music. Into pretty much any genre. A lot of people say that but I'll always get people to challenge me, or challenge other people. My tastes range from A Tribe Called Quest to Jim Croce to Morcheeba to Glenn Miller. Music is music. An age old cliche, sure but a true one at that.

I just recently found out what /mu/ is, but haven't been there a lot; /mu/ is a tad difficult to navigate through.

I mostly listen to rock, but like a lot of different styles depending on my mood. I play guitar and have been honing my "perfect pitch" for some time now. That is the ability to recognize notes by their sound "color" and/or pitch. I also occasionally play harmonica and am trying to learn keyboard/piano/organ.

Music is a passion/hobby of mine.
