Is exercise necessary with a diet plan?

put on ankle weights for doing everyday things- burn calories and its not really like working out.

wrong, diet is 90% of the battle.

you can get away with a GREAT diet and doing pushups pull ups. i'm a dietician. know your facts please before you post stuff!

Yes of course because exercise and diet plans are both important factors to lose weight.
If you would ignore any of these both then you would not get the expected results.
