Is it ok to show your emotions. If she is trying to push your buttons should you get mad? But my real question is should you ever cry in front of your girlfriend?

You should never get mad when she is trying to push your buttons and i would never cry in front of your girlfriend, it's what an afc would do. Men are meant to be an emotional rock in the storm remember. ;)

What about at the birth of your first child? Or when you're getting married? Is it okay to cry in situations such as that?

Theres a difference between having a fight/girl breaks up with you and seeing your child born. If someone in your family were to die dont you think you would cry. To me shedding some tears while looking at your dead parents in a coffin is normal but balling your eyes out loudly with your face in your lap is someone who doesnt have control.
