Alright this is my first post.
So I'm in Bangkok for work for a little bit. That is just background info.
I was out at a bar and met a girl from South Africa. Throughout the evening she would say "Oh you are so cute" or "You're the cutest American I've met" and other stuff like that. I didn't know how to respond to this.
It felt like all she wanted was for me to either reciprocate the compliment or deny it. I couldn't tell.
Any advice?

I have been called cute by a girl, or been called a cutie and stuff, but here is the best way to deal with it when they say something like this,

HER : You are so cute
YOU : I know ( smile and nod )

Every time they compliment you, just say that and you, will get a laugh from them, and it is some really simple Cocky Funny, try it out, it's the best solution and has worked for me sooo many times, when I'm in the field

You can also say these,

' WOAH ! Buy me a drink, before you... hit on me like that ( smile ) '

or

' I bet you hit on, all the guys like that ( smile ) '

troy gave you a couple of good lines, so you can use them next time. But like Warped touched on, there is a problem with your mindset here. You took her "Your cute," to be a shit test or a tease. If you thought that you were a damn sexy man, then you would expect that kinda thing from a woman and expect that she was being serious. And that is the kind of attitude you would need behind saying, "I know," if you want to use that line.

That is great advice! I highly doubt it is a shit test. Girls like to have fun with guys they call cute. Then after you smile and nod, take her hand and lead her somewhere to makeout. If a girl says i'm cute, i know that it usually won't take but a couple minutes until we are making out, or i'm take her outside to walk.
