I hate it when this happens, especially if it's a cold approach during the day coz those are the hardest to even get the courage to try, let alone pull off. you see a girl, you end up talking to her and before you know it you're gaming her and it's going well. the time comes for you to part ways and you get a contact detail. not only that, but them saying something confirming they are genuinley waiting for your call/ friend request, something like "oh yeah make sure you call me" or "yh my names chelsea but it's the account spelt with a s, a b and an f". then you add/call them and then nothing. nada. I find it doesn't even matter whether you add the girl as soon as you get home or 3 days later. Either they are interested or they aren't by the time they've had time to think about it.

This happens to me way to many times and I'm just wondering is it only me or does it happen to everyone? I am aware of some reasons, like one girl I kiss closed but didn't want to see again as she was a bit clingy, I gave her my real number because I knew that she wouldn't have the balls to call it, and till this day she hasn't.

But then there are some girls who I'll kiss close and they'll ask for my details first, but when I call or whatever they'll still decide that they've changed their minds!

Honestly bro, unless you have built REAL rapport with them, it's going to be pretty much a numbers game. Hot chicks are busy, and they get a lot of attention from a lot of different people. They have a lot going on in their lives and unless you make a deep, lasting impression on her, it's easy for you to blur in with the rest of the crowd.

Building deep rapport is my specialty, so I almost never have this happen. In fact I would be shocked if it did.

The thing is, don't take it personally. She could have a million reasons for not getting back to you, and chances are none of them have anything to do with you.
