we talked online for a few weeks, now she gave me her number

im not quite sure what to do now though, i still dont know that much about her, and whenever i message her, she only acts interested half of the time, its like shes gaming me

do i try to meet? or do i get to know her more through text? never done the online before

Of course you should meet her, what are you waiting for?!
Text? don't waste your time and just set a date and go, you will get to know her there, in addition, think of it as an advantage so you will have much more things to talk about.

Wow a few weeks now and only got her number. You need to meet up fast cause thats not a goood place your in.

First off you need to meet up for fast for 2 reasons. You will either be in the friendzone and she will flake on you if you make plans to meet up. Or you will build up this awesome guy that is better than you can ever be and she will feel disappointented in you if you do meet.( I have fallen into both of those before)


When I get a number online I usually text something like this.

Me: Alright I texted you you got 2 more wishes left.
Her: Who is this
Me: Eric from okcupid, you get one more wish
Her: lol take me out this weekend.
Me: Alright

how many messages online before you ask for number usually?

it's not a rule, it depends on her interaction in the conversation...... i usually do it as fast as i can, but try not to do it in the first conversation, 3rd is pretty ok:)

ME: Alright I texted you, you've got 2 wishes left
Her: OMG. Who is this lol
ME: Chris from PoF. you've got one more wish.
her: send me a pic.

I havn't replied yet, but i'm thinking on saying something along the lines of "really? you can't come up with a better last wish than that?!"
(or something along those lines)
Instead of just giving in and sending her a rediculously good looking picture, I was thinking on being playful.

I'm new to the forums so any advice would be great
